District 9 Seniors Program
Recurring opportunities for local seniors to connect, socialize, participate in enrichment activities and access helpful community resources.

Larcenia J. Bullard Plaza is a two-story community and economic-development facility where neighborhood businesses, nonprofit initiatives, public programs and cultural preservation come together under one roof. The property is operated and managed by Manifezt Foundation.
Larcenia J. Bullard Plaza sits along Lincoln Boulevard between Carver Drive and Bethune Drive in the historic Richmond Heights neighborhood. The building was developed as a long-term community asset: commercial storefronts support neighborhood business activity, professional suites provide space for organizations and service providers, and shared spaces create room for civic, educational and cultural programming.
Manifezt Foundation manages day-to-day property operations while activating the facility through partnerships and community programs. The result is more than a conventional office-and-retail property: the Plaza is designed to connect economic opportunity with public use and neighborhood identity.

Senator Larcenia J. Bullard spent two decades in public service, representing South Florida in the Florida House and Florida Senate. Her work centered on families, education, community affairs and the rebuilding of South Miami-Dade after Hurricane Andrew.
The Plaza carries that legacy forward through economic opportunity, civic use, education and cultural preservation in the community she served.
