The website can store submission metadata in a private database when configured by management and maintains protected server-side records for operational continuity. Sensitive uploaded lease documents are stored in private server storage and are not linked publicly.

Email notifications

When a form is submitted, the website may send a short notification to property management directing authorized staff to the protected dashboard. Sensitive applicant details and uploaded documents are not included in the notification email.

Use of information

Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate leasing interest, review proposed facility use, administer reservations and support property operations. Information may be shared with the property owner, authorized management personnel or service providers when reasonably necessary for those purposes or when required by law.
