Business at the Plaza

Space for local businesses, professional services and entrepreneurs.

The Plaza includes six first-floor retail spaces, six second-floor office suites and flexible coworking opportunities. Applications may be submitted for current or future availability.

01

1st Floor Retail

Neighborhood-facing storefronts positioned along the public walkway for customer-oriented businesses and services.

02

2nd Floor Office

Professional suites suitable for service businesses, organizations, nonprofits and administrative uses.

03

Co-Working

Flexible space intended to lower the barrier to entry for entrepreneurs, independent professionals and emerging businesses.

Availability changes: Submitting an application does not mean a unit is currently available and is not an offer or agreement to lease. Property management will confirm space availability, eligibility, permitted use, economics and next steps separately.

Application Process

Help us understand your business and space needs.

The application is designed to give property management enough information to evaluate fit, occupancy needs and follow-up requirements.

Step 01

Select your preferred space

Choose first-floor retail, second-floor office, coworking — or more than one option if you are flexible.

Step 02

Describe the operation

Provide the legal entity, industry, revenue, staffing, business description, intended use and operating requirements.

Step 03

Submit owner and entity documents

Applicant identification and formation documents allow management to review the business and verify the application.

Step 04

Management review

Management may request additional information, discuss available spaces and, if appropriate, move into lease negotiations.
