Manifezt Foundation connects education, opportunity and community development.
Founded in South Florida, Manifezt Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on expanding access to STEM education, workforce pathways and community resources in historically underserved communities.
From STEM education to neighborhood infrastructure.
Manifezt Foundation was created around a straightforward challenge: educational resources and access to high-growth career pathways are not distributed equally across South Florida. The organization responds by combining hands-on education, partnerships and community-development initiatives intended to expand practical access to opportunity.
Its youth programs emphasize project-based STEM learning so participants can move beyond abstract classroom concepts and experience how science, technology, engineering and mathematics are used in real careers. Manifezt's current program portfolio includes Science in the City and the Youth STEM Program, with educational tracks spanning coding and development, robotics and engineering, biology, chemistry and environmental science.
The Foundation's role at Larcenia J. Bullard Plaza extends that mission into physical infrastructure. By operating and managing a facility that combines local business space, shared workspace, conference facilities, cultural programming and recurring public initiatives, Manifezt can support both economic activity and direct community service from a single neighborhood hub.

The Plaza turns organizational strategy into a physical place.
Education, entrepreneurship, cultural preservation and public programming can reinforce one another when they share the same community infrastructure.
STEM Education
Science in the City and related programs expose young people to hands-on science, technology, engineering and career pathways.
Small Business Support
Retail, office and flexible workspace create physical infrastructure for local entrepreneurship and neighborhood-serving businesses.
Community Programming
Recurring senior, youth and neighborhood activities make the property a consistent gathering place rather than a single-purpose building.
Workforce Pathways
Manifezt's broader strategy connects education with employable skills, career awareness and private-sector partnerships.
Cultural Stewardship
Museum and cultural uses preserve space for Richmond Heights history and Black heritage within an active modern facility.
Partnerships
Government, nonprofit, education and private-sector partners expand the reach and usefulness of programs delivered through the Plaza.
Research. Education. Opportunity. Workforce Placement.
Manifezt's current programs place hands-on STEM learning at the center of a broader community-development strategy.
Science in the City
Career-based STEM workshops for youth ages 6–18 spanning Earth and space, technology, robotics and engineering, and natural sciences.
